1987 fxr belt
okay i was out giving my bike a good hammer it ripped the belt off its the first bike ive ever owned that wasnt chain drive opps well i was wonddering anyone know how many teeth the stock 1987 fxr belt is ,thanks

Too much typing If you need an opinion call george @ 608-847-4240 A couple questions Was the swing arm pivot shaft ever replaced (updated with P/N 47492-89A ) Are the bushings (inside the swingarm)ever replaced Was the trans belt pulley replaced with the latest HD P/N 40210-85D And yes the primary/prim chain system/inner prim/electric start stuff has to be off It is possible to install the new belt without taking off the swingarm by removing the left swingarm mount between the frame and the swingarm
