Specifically looking for the piece that goes over the handle bars once you take the speedo and tac out to put it in the inner fairing. The speedo and tac is the one piece oval shape one. We have the inner fairing and the rest of the gauges that came with it when bought off ebay. Just trying to get all the pieces together for it to put in the bike and get an audio system as well.
You just keep searchin, you'll find what ya need. I had a 92 Ultra Classic and wanted to get rid of the fairing and put the FLHS stuff on. I spent some time looking but I did come across what I needed plus alot of helpful info.I didn't make the swap, other things were goin on at the time but, there's stuff out there. Try looking at a few other Harley Forums online, you may have to join em like you did here but that only takes a few minutes, but it'll expand your search.
Those were cool ole bikes, the start of the Road King.
Try this too...Ebay,
this isn't the piece you need but maybe a place to start looking.I also just typed in motorcycle parts, then,American, then typed in FLHS,there were 6 pages,I didn't look at all of them,BUT some of the sellers maybe able to help you out.One guy had a speedo and mentioned in his ad,if he doesn;t have what you're looking for ,try a place called Elvis's Place (ebay) hope some of this helps.
Item number:230603710402
230603710402 from a place called Bill's Custom Cycle, send him an email, maybe he can help

A few months back I was doing the same conversions and found one on ebay. No one seems to offer the bracket by itself. I bought a used damaged cluster for the bracket alone. The rubber seal is very hard to find. If you interested I have an NOS outer/inner, NOS brackets and various NOS gauges.

Default Just bought a 1992 FLHS

All, I'm new to the forum, and new to harley ownership. I just bought a 1992 FLHS that has a lot of custom work done, including ignition switch. I have not started looking for parts yet, although I anticipate that I will.

I've spent some time looking around to see what people have done with their bikes. I'm also interested in getting a windshield.

Any input is appreciated.

Thanks.
