I've been searching for a 1995 Road King Service Manual (google and ebay), but haven't had any luck finding it. I've seen the Clymer Service Manual, but that's not what I'm looking for. Where can I find a 1995 FLHR Service Manual?

The Road King is covered under the '95-'96 Touring Models. (99483-96A MSRP $60) Search eBay. I'm sure you will find a better price. And get the Parts Catalog (99450-96 MSRP $48). It is invaluable.
If all else fails your local friendly Harley dealer can get them.
Actually, if you're in a state with no sales tax, your local dealer might be cheaper. I ordered mine from Chicago Hd, got the 20% discount, but with shipping, it was back up to list price.

There is also a Wiring Diagrams and Electrical Troubleshooting Guide for 1995/96 models Part # 99948-96, which can make your life a lot easier when working on any year Harley that is even close. We use ours quite a lot for things like the radio, etc.

I never used one. I guess it covers the EFI. I converted my 1998 Ultra to use the CV carburetor and took all of that wiring out. Never could get those LEDs in the tachometer to work again.

Actually it covers everything, ignition, charging system, gauges, lights, tach, etc. A great source to fix all the electrical bugs. I really reccomend them to any of our customers that want to try their own work, it saves a lot of telephone calls to us.
