Default 1% Work &b 99% Play

Back from riding around all weekend and had a pic or 2 to share.

High of 82* yesterday and around 75* today with lots of puffy white clouds. Man it was nice. Days like this remind me of why I live in Oregon..............

Yesterday I rode up the McKenzie River to do an estimate for a homeowner. Their house sits right on the river with lot's of room. Spent a few minutes there yakkin then stopped at a nice boat landing to rest. I'm savin work on the bike till winter. I spent most of last saturday replacing the speedo and doing wiring upgrades. That's the stuff that can wait but the odometer LCD was getting to the point where it was becoming unreadable and I want the mileage to reflect correctly.

Anyways, here's a pic of the house and of the river.

You know a fly rod doesn't take much to attach to your handlebars! Been so dang hot and humid here that the thought of adding a couple hundred degrees between my legs is just not appealing. Looks like you had a great ride though.

Didn't want to start a new thread so I'll continue this one.

Rode out to the coast today, roasting in a levi jacket, get there and had to put on the leather with liners. Fog was a rollin in. Nice ridin though and great scenery. Damn I love my '98 EVO WG. Really weird that parking to eat lunch at what was the "Harley Pub", my bike was the oldest...........huh. Lotsa compliments and questions though.

Took a pic or 2 so no one would chew me out this time.....
