That's a great deal on one of the most awesome Harleys ever! The 2000 FXR4 is among the rarest of all Evo Harleys, and the performance is incredible! I'd give $10K for one without even thinking twice about it... especially one with a beautiful paint job like that... but I love orange!
Do yourself a favor and put a carefully-hidden Lo-Jack on that beautiful scoot ASAP...
