Default Hyper charger/breather

Got a question.
My 99 fat boy came with a Kuryakin hyper charger installed, for those of you who are familiar with this air cleaner the crankcase gases/oils are recirculated back into the air-intake system. witch we all know if you don't maintain your air filter, it can get ugly.
Question is,if I use one of the bypass kits, and there are many to choose from, will it affect the venting of the gases/oils that need to vent, going on the premise that the vacuum from the carb is helping draw it from the head?
Dont want to sacrifice engine performance for simpler maintenance.

The amount of vacuum that the ends of the breathers see is minimal. You will be OK just as always let the bike warm up before you start pounding on it.

1. the hype-charger is junk.
You might have this same concern with any breather system

2. many of us route the crankcase vapors ( from the head) to the ground, most put a little filter on the end, some use a PCV valve.

I have never considered the intake vacuum as having much of an effect drawing crankcase vapour from the heads, i think there is enough positive pressure where that doesn't matter.

if the bike sits for any long periods, you may have oil leak past the check ball into the cases, on start up a real oil flow can come from the breather system, if you have a dangling breather hose, get a pan under it...at least it's not coming out of the air cleaner all over the engine.

heard that a from a few folks, not sure other than the "looks cool"factor for
the upside of it. Does venting to the ground produce any oil film on,,,say lower frame.rear tire? or should it be done in a collector of some sort?

On my 90 fxrs-sp, I put a filter on it and made a bracket to mount it low below the frame, just don't mount it center of the bike or after your bike sits, when you take off you'll ride thru a very small puddle of oil.
not a big deal, but at first makes for interesting take offs when you're not ready for it. Don't ask me how I know this. Just the nature of the beast in my mind.
