Got my freshly tinted panels back at the weekend as well as some colour matching on the bag extensions, went with a tone down of the existing expensive and nice (but a bit to bright for me!) paint job instead of a full re-spray and am pleased with the results, looks alot better i think.
Also the bits you cant see changed are an EV13 cam, thunderslide kit, new rear disc, brake line etc, platinum air ride dual charge system, loads of bits powder coated black, new tyres (venoms) and some new home made exhaust end caps (not fitted yet) for the existing supertrapp pipes. Also got the twin cam forks and brakes sitting in the garage to do at some point in february.
Still got a few things off at powdercoat (spotlight mount and front fender trim etc) should have those back in the next few days.
This is how it looked when i got it september last year.
Neil, I take it you have a heated garage?! I've accumulated a few goodies for mine, but what with the cold weather and now a winter virus (still not fully shaken off) I am fondling things indoors, rather ineffectively.
As for your bike, well done! Quite transformed from the bike you started with.

Hi Graham, i have a big **** fan heater in there yes, wanted a ceramic one but they were to bloody expensive! settled with a 4kw fan heater does the job well enough to get out there and work on it!
As said still got a few more things to do to it but its almost there, another month then it will be time to get it taxed and out on the road again.
Now ya just need to put some APES on it to get yur nuckles flyin higher in the air!!
I thought about it! as well as running a 21" on the front, ran 18" apes on my shovel chop and loved em! but i have done so much to it over the last couple of months i needed to call it a day for this year and get the thing back together and on the road again before i went to far and it became more show than go!
I wasnt intending on doing the forks (not shown above) until the end of the year but got the parts real cheap so couldnt resist, and they look real nice now i have painted them and the cow bells satin black
