camshafts
i mean, i eyed it up the best i could lmao, in all fairness, it may have just been a culture shock when i got off a very quiet, tight japanese bike, and threw my leg over a air cooled big twin, i mean, lets be real, if a metric bike rattles like that, it isnt making it home, and even with that said, my twins i have now, dont rattle quite like that, but my inexperience could have played a role in the noise of the cam, but i can assure you the end play was set correctly lol,
and 97 bagger, your more than welcome to swing by the house, we have a nice green pond that it rest at the bottom of, hell, u come get it, you can have it ! lol and it even has a red gear pressed on ......
V-Thunder is made by Comp Cams...not sure if that is what you mean.
If so, I feel the V-Thunder is one of the best cams out there. I run one now, and have in previous bikes with excellent results.
They are whisper quiet, and produce very good power. I've ran the EVL 3030, and I have the EVL 3040 in my current bike.
As far as .569" lift.. the EVL-5005 cam has the following specs:
Lift- .569"
Duration- 236/236
Timing- 18/38 42/14
It's one of their Extreme Energy cams.
