Ultima 113" dropped a lifter.

Bah! Out for a Sunday putt. Stopped by sister's place 2 hours away and when I took off, had a misfire, strange noise then no back cylinder ignition. Installed the engine 2 years ago, but only have about 8K on it. Always had a slight noise at idle but quieted down as soon as it went off idle.

Rear intake which seems common?

Bringing bike home Friday night. Was gonna hit up Matt at midwest to see if there's anything he can do as far as parts.

Anyone have contact info?

Been a great engine for 2 years and I'm sure it will be again soon.

It was always bad by the sound of it...no biggie, its an easy enough fix.

Sounds more like the ignition went and not a lifter. Lifter will make some awful metal sounds.

Said ignition but meant back cylinder cut out. First thing I checked for was spark which was good. Pulled pushrod cover and intake rod has 3/4" of play with locknuts still tight.
