Brake repair update
Well I just finished putting the wife's '89 Custom Softail back together after the rear caliper started siezing up on the interstate last week. I installed a new rotor, new wheel bearings and seals, rebuild kit for the caliper and master cylinder. Just finished bleeding the brakes and adjusting the belt tension. Everything turns nice and smooth now. What a difference, and I didn't have any parts left over. lol. Will test drive tomorrow, but everything feels good. Thanks for the help.

The master cylinder kit that I installed was basically just a cylinder with two o rings on it. I removed the old one, installed the new one and put the plunger back in and reinstalled the snap ring. That was it. Got it from the dealer. All one piece. $60.
