Wow, you have had a lot of issues. Not all the answers are on this forum. I have tried to read your posts as I too own an FXR. You have, from what I have read, at least a couple bugs ( carb, wiring, ecm{?} in the bike ). I'd recommend that you, perhaps, get it checked out professionally or buy the manual and talk to some local professionals. Myself and many others here will tell that you have a very special model Harley. For what that is worth. Good luck with your Legacy harley.
you have a dead short to ground somewhere ...could be ign switch ? did you do any work on the bike recently ? like changing bars ? turnsignals? tail light ? ...if so go back there first and check for bare wire touching steel or a bolt pinching a wire ...
I did nothing to the bike at all. ALL I know is that my dad just rode the bike and gave it throttle and rode it like he stole it. He passed away 2 weeks ago and now im left to figure this bike out. Im a car mechanic and have been doing this for over 10 years but as for bikes im stupid lol
I know its a wire issue and I will chase this wiring down but need to know for sure whats going on and if they are all related or separate

Yes, at least all of the popping breakers I have experienced. I don't have my wiring diags handy as I am away. But, if memory serves me right, you have a fundamental electrical issue. You need a wiring diag.
where can I get one from?
As for the die out that is good to know that atleast 2 issues are complementing one another and both are related. So I will have to find the neutral switch and check wiring from there and hopefully repair that and fix the idle issue since it wont die out hopefully

Sounds like the main breaker, you definetly have something major shorting out. The neutral switch is on the tranny, it is a simple switch that just completes the circuit to ground and I doubt that that is the problem unless you have another wire shorting to that circuit. Hope this helps.
