I have a 98 FXSTC... Mine has the stock solid rear wheel, it's is a 16"x3"... The size is usually stamped on the cast part of the wheel (the rough finished inner part)... Hope this helps!
My '96 Low Rider is stamped 16X3.00
I can't believe a Softail has a different rear rim, but like 98chop mentioned, all factory rims are stamped. Mine is stamped on the left lip.
