Well the plug is out. So I gave it 1/8th turn out. My test ride was cut short by rain though. It seems like it helped but it wasn't a complete test.
I think I'm just going to replace the intake rubbers. I had other gasket problems on the bike and leaks so I'll just chalk it up to preventative maintenance. If it wasn't raining I was going to get the propane torch out to check for leaks. Maybe this week.
I'm also going to yank the bowl and see what jets are in it. Then go from there.
