Default brake arms?

can anybody tell me what the difference is in brake arms from a 97 to a 95? Every site(ness, cb, etc) lists them as 97+.. what do I need to do to fit one on a 95?

The amount of work required would make it impractical as they aren't close!!!

Do you know of anyone that makes one for a 95 other than the stamped steel?
