I am trying to find a chrome trim piece for where the windshield bolts to the fairing on my 1992 Ultra Classic. I looked on JP Cycle and E-Bay and only saw stuff for the 96 up 3 hole windshields. Mine is the old 5 hole type. Can somebody point me in the right direction? Thanks!!

Maybe measure the distance between holes on a newer one. Maybe you could use a newer one and drill 2 more holes. I always intend to measure one on this dudes Street Glide at work, but always forget.
ive asked this same question before, in the touring section.....the answer was, they will fit. the three holes line up directly, and you can either drill the other two, or just leave two of them under the chrome trim, not showing.

This is my vote. Those chrome strips are pricey for no more than they are. Something off of a classic car or truck. I love it when folks adapt car stuff to their bikes. As long as it's not obtrusive though.
I did try to line up a piece off of a newer bike. A buddy has one off of his 2009 CVO Ultra Classic and the pegs/tabs don't line up. I am probably just going to try and make something. Thanks guys!
Like yourself I was looking for a 5 holer for my '94. Not much out there. I finally ran across this guy that makes them: http://www.hobbymachine.net/?q=home Originally I was just looking at getting something similar to a stock trim piece but what this guy does for the price.... I am quite satisfied with the result. The trim is pretty thick and felt backed to prevent sratching. Bear
