I can definitely see whats left of the broken end of the cable stuck in there, it still spins when I turn the tab thing goes into the brake disc.

I just got it out.....it broke off and was stuck in there....I used the little scissors on my leatherman to pull it out!!!!!!! YAY.....just need a new speedo cable now......thanks for your help youz guys.

I suggest a Genuine HD replacement speedo cable. I've tried the aftermarket ones, and the HD one lasts longer. Also make sure you route it with no sharp bends in it.
