Oil pressure Switch
looks like I am seeping oil from the threads of my oil pressure switch on my 1995 FXDL. Does anyone know a trick to removing the switch with out having to buy the HD tool for it?

Well... I don't mean to be a smartass here, but yes, you can grab the thing with a pair of pliers and just wrench the crap out of it. A rag might make the pliers bugger it up less. One thing I will caution you on is that it is very easy to crack the case there where it threads in. So, check that there is not a crack there already when out, put it back in with a sealer ( I use the purple type...here is a link to the ones from Loctite... http://www.kraftindustrialsupply.com/gasket_sealant.htm). I have the tool but then I like to work on bikes a lot and it pays for itself...
