Over-sized tap for oil pressure switch
I have a 13 dyna with an over-sized tapping for the oil pressure switch. I don't want to use Teflon tape on the odd chance a piece would break off and get into an oil passage way. I have tried several conventional pipe dopes with little to no success. I have tried a different oil switch with no luck...too loose.
Anyone have a whizzbang way of sealing this up? Some new product (other than Flex seal) that might work?

Standard Motor Products makes a lot of motorcycle and automotive switch's, sensors etc. Have been around as long as I could remember. They might have a new switch that might be oversized or something. Here's a link to their website with a contract list. I'm sure some one will be able to help.... I have called them before for my cam position sensor on my 98 Harley. Also spoke to them about the nuetral switch for my trans....maybe you could call them. Good luck.. just so you know, i have used teflon tape and never had a problem....
