Default strange spark plug color

While tuning the bike I checked the spark plugs and the rear looked like nothing I had ever seen before. The electrode was perfectly clean like I had just pulled it out the of the box.The arm was a light tan and the part with the threads is discolored like its getting hot its yellow and black in a couple spots. The front looks ok.They are ngk bpr5es-11. I dont' know whats making it like that and if it has any relation to the low speed hesitation/light popping out the exhaust problem I have.I'm running a super e and v&h straight shots with baffles.

Swap your plugs and check again in a couple of hundred miles. (See if it's the cylinder or the plug.)

Check for air/vacuum leaks, don't forget the VOES switch/tubing.

I just put in a new hose on the voes. I put a vacuum pump on the voes to check for leaks and it was fine.I put in new intake gaskets and new flanges.I just checked the intake seals with wd-40 with the engine running steady at 1,200 and i noticed no change.I'm running a 28 intermediate and a 68 main jet.

I had some discoloration on my rear plug a couple years back and
I had a rear head gasket going.

I just did a top end in the motor.I had a multi angle vave job done too.I did a compression test and the front was 125 and the rear was 130.I haven't done a leak down test yet though.

I was going to suggest carbon build up but with the valve job that doesn't work. There are no symptoms of anything else?

You've done your homework. Ride it 'til something shows itself ?

I almost wonder if its a ignition/timing problem. When I went take nose cone off I drilled out the rivets and took the plate out to remove the pickup and I noticed the timing plate was almost all the way advanced.I just figured that was how it should be since it was the factory setting and I scribed a line in the nose cone and put it back the same way.I wonder if the timing is off or the ignition is craping out some where?

Yep It'll be directly related to the hesitation mate.
Do you have a multi meter?
