Hey guys newbie here... bought and 85 wide glide back in late winter, which is my first Harley! I was just wondering if anyone new how rare these bikes really are, been told this model/year can be hard to come by, any advice would be appreciated... she does have some miles on her, but still looks good(original paint) and runs strong! Pic should be below

Not to many out there. I have one. Its kind of a mish mash of parts from 84-85. The company was being reborn that year and I think they used what they had on hand. One thing is for sure parts are rare. My frame is numbered to be a 85 but I think its an 84 as the seat mounts as such. Great bike though I get looks and comments wherever I go.

Welcome,

I think there are about 10 of us on this site. There are many upgrades to do to your bike. Parts can be tricky but most are still available.

First thing to do is learn to kick start it. If you already can, teach me how

I have soft copy schematics for it. PM me
