Falcon adjustable pushrods
Crawford, i have installed both the Falcon Pushrods and lifters on my 96' in June of this year, and have not had a bit of problem with them. They have been in for about 1200 miles now and checked the adjustment of the pushrods a couple of weeks ago and couldn't see where they had loosened or any troubles of any kind. I went with the Falcons due to price and also i'm not a drag racer so i didn't think i had to buy top of the line. If you are a hard rider, do a lot of hole shots, and high reving you might want to consider the Cranes, S&S, etc. But that is my 2cents worth.
Does Any other reputable company use aluminum for their pushrods? I usually think you get what you pay for too but I suppose there could be exceptions. I wonder where theyre made?
I would advise against any aluminum pushrod over chromoly. A friend of mine went thru two sets of aluminum ones before going to chromoly. There is not THAT big of a price difference (in my opinion) to justify skimping on these. Just my .02
