Default MAP for POWERCOMMANDER III USB

I recently installed an Andrews EV-13 cam into my 1997 EFI Ultra Classic. The bike has the SE intake, Stage 1 KIT(remap of ECM0 and BUB "Bad Dog" slip on mufflers with stock headers. I installed the PowerCommander but they do not have a MAP for various cams. They have a MAP for the SE intake and slip ons but nothing to account for the cam. Does anyone know where I could get a MAP that is close for my set up until I can get the bike in for Dyno tuning?
