My 95 Ultra just blew the front head gasket. Got about a quarter inch piece missing out of it and you can feel the air coming from it. Motor was rebuilt about a year and a half ago. I think it was bored .030 over. I'm getting ready to order new head gaskets from Cometic. If the stock bore on this model is 3.5 inches and it's bored to 3.530, what size head gasket should I order. I cannot find a 3.5 inch head gasket on their website, unless I'm just missing something.

 

Cometic standard bore should work no problem as they are a little large to begin with. Contact Cometic and ask their advice.

Looked here, & if I'm reading this right, id of gasket is 3.570. Isn't stock bore, 3.498? hth
