i did switch plug wires around on coil,no change rear cyl still not hitting

yes comp test 140+ on both cyl

Still going with ignition module located under seat area or wiring to rear cyl.. Just get an aftermarket ignition, better performance, more reliable, and way easier to troubleshoot than stock...

Make sure you don`t have an intake leak. Simple stuff first...

Agree with simple stuff first but an intake leak will not cause a misfire, it will cause a lean condition.. Intake leak is not causing the dead cylinder..

A lean condition will most certainly cause a misfire, and a backfire...which is what the engine is doing.

He is saying the cylinder is cold to the touch, not firing at all, the lean condition would make the cylinder hotter..

I suggested to the op to be sure he does not have an intake leak. It`s a simple thing to do.
