Jetting a CV?
I was reading a post hear and someone said something about jetting a sporty carb for a big twin. Well, when I first got my bike 7 years ago, I put a cv from a 1989 Sportster on my 1988 FLTC. What kind of jetting should be done? Thanks.

Just jet it as per manual, probably 45/165 and the idle mixture screw might be different too.....can't remember if the Sporty one is longer or shorter but I don't think its critical.
The carbs are identical but you should check the jets before you install......if your bike runs OK then its all good.
