I just bought a 84 FLHTC. It came with a complete top end kit that included an Andrews EV-13 cam and a box of new valve springs that read
"Spring kit,Crane cams,155 lbs.650 lift, 1. " #5-1102. Should I use this kit or sell it and by a different kit? This bike will be set up for touring not TT riding. From what I've read it should be fine. There has been alot of discussion about it and I guess I need another opinion. I am having new rods put in as long as its out of the bike and will try to use a more stock piston than the Wiseco high compression pistons in the kit. Selling the cam will be a pita but as long as I am doing it I want it right or close thanks for your input I know this has been beat to death lately.
