I honestly wouldn't be surprised if you chromed your frame. LOL

I like the chrome comments...black is the "in trend" now but watch chrome come back. It always circles back around. SAVE THE CHROME!

I think the first year of so of the Evo, the lifter blocks were cast iron, then they switched to aluminum. They can be silver or black, depending on the color of the motor itself.
