Are all the lifter towers the same for all years Evo ? mine are painted black PO must have done it , I' want to put some chrome ones back , as I'am about to pop the chest open for the EV 27

 

I think the earlier ones are a little different in appearance but they should all fit.

 

All the stock OEM evo lifter blocks I have ever seen are painted...either silver or black. As far as chrome ones your choices are S & S, Jims, or made overseas crap. Most of the chrome ones you see on stock motors are covers...which is what you want if you don't want to spring for the high dollar ones.

 

Yes, they are the same for all EVO's ... Funny thing, mine are all chrome and I want them black lol

yes traildog thats them , thanks to all who answer , mines a 94 model , so I'lll look around & check prices , budget build here , but wont shimp on some parts & used if in good shape are just fine

 

You guys need to work out a swap. Then you'll both have what you want
