IIRC, the factory ignition mod on my 93 FLHS was at around 5200. If you do any work on your motor, you'll want to get a SE or aftermarket one that raises the limit. My current Dyna mod is set at 6200. You can safely rev the EVO that high....But I don't think I'd hold it there for long.
I bought a PCIII usb from fuelmoto last week, the newer ones canchangethe rev limiter to 6200 rpms, its where mine is set onmy 98 RKC as of this weekend.
