Question Harley EVO starter motor replacement

I am replacing the starter motor on my bike with a new Spyke 1.4KW starter motor and was wondering if anyone has used this type of starter motor and can comment on it.

Also when you install the starter motor should I put any grease in the starter motor shaft entry where the jack shaft goes in to the starter or should this be run dry?

http://www.spykeinc.com/index.php?op...rters&Itemid=4

Thanks

I didn't grease mine (no ill effects yet)

(if you want, Ive got a spykes backup starter button, pretty sure its for a 1.2/1.4kw starter, had ordered the wrong one and got stuck with it)

Yup, grease it so you can get it apart in the future
