all new vaccum hoses would be about 3$ at a parts store-------Due to the heat I replace them every year

I think I found the culprit gents. The stuff on the left came from in between the front cylinder and the intake.

Well start laughing my friend, ahaha. Thanks guys for helping Trmeans87 and I get the Ole "War Pig" back on the road again. Heres a couple pics.

One indy I know suggests replacing intake seals every three to four years.
I've replaced them on several of our bikes as preventative maintenence as a severe leak can cause a piston or valve to burn.

It's a little work, but when you're trying to diagnose a problem you first have to know wht the problem isn't before you can find out what it is.

Also, making sure that you have a fully charged battery (with cable connectors checked on each end), fresh spark plugs and fresh fuel can make traceing problem much easier.
