There is a method to align the rear axle to the front axle, I can't remember the proceedure but it sounds worth while to try. Might check the swing arm for a crack or swing arm bushings for wear, something has to be moving or the differance of contact on the road is changing friction on the tire and slight misalignment is present.

I'll try to find the alignment proceedure

Found the method, one of our sponsers lists it

Did you check the runout when you did the front wheel bearings? Whenever I have had a wobble at around 80 it was a tire issue. Gotta hate those gremlins, might need a new bell lol.

Currently sending back a bad tire, installed a rear tire and will start shaking the front end at 65 mph on up, the vibration is traveling thru the frame to the front end. Pull the clutch and the vibration stays until falling below 65 mph. New rear tire is balanced and only item that was changed, never had this problem before and never had to balance a tire so bad tires are possible and the company I bought it from didn't have a problem with returns because they said they have had every big name tire manufacure sometimes put out a bad tire.

Funny thing is that if someone rode it and didn't know I replaced the rear tire, they would swear the front tire was the problem because of the shake and hopping up and down wouldn't believe it was caused by the rear tire.

About the only thing not mentioned is tightness of spikes and torque of upper lower motor mounts.

I appreciate all the help, I will make sure I post when I find the fix. My bike is currently being transported to Seattle, wa for my MC spring opener run. I'm just gonna have to be careful I didn't have time to fix my issue yet. I will keep you posted!

Are you talking about the wheel spokes?

How long have you owned this bike ... has it always wobbled, or just started recently?

I have fatboy wheels, so no spokes.. I've owned the bike for 3 years, no it hasn't always wobbled. It started about the same time I installed my quick release saddle bags, and my new metzlers... The more I talk to people and read suggestions I'm starting to think I got a defective tire.
