I now feel vindicated for all the money I have put into my bike!!!!!!

I had to borrow a friends bike this morning as mine is in the shop.
I am 5'5" and he is just over 6'.
Damn but that was one uncomfortable ride!!!!!!

 

Cool that you were able to borrow a bike.
There are only a couple people in the world I would let use my bike.
And I'd still worry about it.

 

I hear you. The few people I would let borrow my bike know me well enough not to ask.

 

Don't get me wrong I am very appreciative of the loan.
Don't think I wasn't worried too because if something broke while I had it then it would be my responsibility to fix it.

It just made me realize that all the money I spent on mine was money well spent!!!

 

Damn, my friends and I swap each others rides, loan and borrow all the time. We are all competent riders and wrenches. We know that if something does happen, it will be taken care of. Hell, we loan our racebikes to other racers if the need arises. They are, after all, just machines.

 

One ride on NIMBUS I ONE ONE ONE and you'll be spelling fast with a capital "F" and comfortable with a capital "C"

 

Does that mean you will race me from your house to Texas??????
