Thanks man! I talked to the guys at drive belts ltd and they think they have something that will work. Got to get a couple measurements after work.

Have to ask WHY do you need such a small belt 20mm, don't think I would feel comfortable with that especially on a five speed with a 200mm tire. If you cant fit the spacer in to make the original belt run true I would be looking at chain drive. Is it the tire kit that calls for the smaller belt?

2007 and up softail runs a 20mm belt and a 200 rear tire. I haven't heard of any problems. This is not a kit... Lol It prolly would have been easier. I'm not planning to build a high HP motor right now. If I do I can always switch to chain drive.

I thought that too... But the last 3 HD's I owned have had belts...

That dream just became reality! I'm done with this belt and pulley crap! Going with a dirty old chain drive!
