Default front wheel swap

has anyone here or know of anyone who has gone from a 21in front wheel to a 16 in up front On a wide glide style front end , on my 94 soft tail , thinking out loud here of changing out the 21 twisted spoke to a 16 either spoke or mag style

You will need to get a different speedometer pick up.

I just bought one on Ebay, they are readily available new. Any big twin tapered roller bearing wheel should fit, although you will have to find some way of covering the flange for the second rotor, or fit twin calipers!

Thinking about it I think you will have to change your speedo as well as your speedo and your drive gear have to match.

I'm running a 16" front wheel and my ratio is 2240:60.

My bike came with 16" evo bagger mags on it, i swapped a 21" spoke on it, just had to get different spacers. Speedo isn't an issue since I don't have one hooked up.
