1993 ,I don't think your bike came with a vacuum petcock. Yes ,manual HD ones obsolete.
New Harley Vacuum body kit,no filter /nuts(use your old ones).61338-02-$28 at HD discounters.

That's what I did with mine 98 superglide. Your right on a lot of parts are starting to be discontinued.

They don't make a rebuild for a 96 either, I put a $22.00 Drag Speacialties (non vaccum) on a Bud's Softail Custom for him and it works fine. He did not have the money for a pingel (what I suggested).
