Those little rubber "balloon" pads rupture after a few years under the back end where my heels rest, so I have to replace the footboard mats periodically.

The '06 up style cost a lot less than the old style pads. and I like the rib pattern better.

New floorboard pads reduced the vibration by 50%.....and they MATCH now too........

That is the only way I found to ride my 98 Heritage. Didn't have any choice, feet wouldn't stay on the boards. Checked everything over and over. Finally excepted the fact that is was a solid mount motor. Just the nature of the beast. So, after a while I passed it along to another biker.
