I have a chance to get an HD windshield for my 95 RK. The windshield fits a 2010 Fatboy. Anybody know if it will fit? All I really want is the frame so I can put a Klockwerks windshield on my bike.
The windshield set up I have now is from Memphis Shades (came with the bike).
The holes line up exactly the same so yes, it will fit. The difference is the cutout for the headlight. The heritage (mounted) is on the bottom, the RK shield is on top and you can see the cutout over the headlight vs the cutout over the RK Nacelle. It's a little bigger, 3/4" perhaps but it would work with absolute certainty.
EDIT: a fatboy windshield would not have a large enough cutout for the RK Nacelle but yes, the frame is the same. If you were going RK to FB, it would work but just have a cutout a little larger than you need.
