Apart? All I did was remove a couple of screws and pulled the pads out. The hardware and everything else was really clean.

I've been doing the power stops. Got the rear end squirly a couple of times..

Still squealing.

Rough up the rotors and knock the glaze off the pads might help, same with that goop on the back of the pads but that is more for rattle.

I've been through a number of bikes, low and high mileage, I never have an issue with standard OEM pads and have seen many noise issues with aftermarket ones...including the expensive ones...And forget those power those power stops...

Just sayin

Stops the squeak from the pad rubbing on the caliper piston.

Personally, if the rotors are in good shape I'd leave them alone but if they have some grooves I'd either use some course emmory paper to scratch them or I'd replace it.

Take some 80-100 grit emmory paper and hold it tight to your workbench, run the pads back and forth keeping them flat. They hold them at a 45 degree angle and bevel both edges until you have about 1/4" beveled.

Then when the noise returns in a couple thousand miles you can get a set of OEMs and put them in...
