What exactly do you mean no start?
What happened when you hit the start button.

Way more than likely.

Never ever hit a motorcycle battery with 50 amps.

Most likely took out the voltage regulator, but you won't know until you do some additional checks. Could be nothing.

How old was the battery? Batteries do some weird things as they age. They have been know to short out internally, and even though they appear to have a charge, will not as soon as a load is applied.

Take the battery to an auto parts store and have them do a load check on it. We'll go from there.

AGM's are very suseptable to over charging. As hackd said, take the battery to the nearest auto parts store and ask them the load test it. Then you'll have a good starting point.
