About all I can see sea foam doing is thinning out your oil.
I'd go with Spanners suggestion if I were you.

J/K about the seafoam ( sorry TD) and I agree. I was just hoping it was gonna be something simple, looks like that's not the case. Is there a way I can plumb the feed and return side of the pump together, bypassing the motor? I figure if I could do that and put a gauge on it, it would at least eliminate the pump and implicate the internals, or vice versa.

I already did to verify it was actually low. I would like to isolate the pump from the rest of the circuit to see if the pump itself has good pressure. I'm sure there is a way to do it, I just haven't thought it out yet. Anyone know off the top of their head?

The first oil change was 20w50 and HD filter. Same results. It actually got slightly better w/ the straight 60.
