I am so sorry this happened to you Spanners.

It must be truly terrible to be what this thief is like, and I would much rather be like you or I or most of the people we associate with. But this guy cannot realize that as evidenced by his actions and effect on you and probably others. And to talk about karma, this guy has no idea what these tank emblems have cost him, or what he is still likely to pay, or that in of itself would have prevented him from doing this.

I once lent a leather jacket to a friend of mine, that had been my dad's when he was my age, back when I was in my twenties. The jacket was very old and precious to me. Anyway, it got stolen off the back of a chair in a bar we frequented and we were both just sick over what had happened. But a year later my same friend sees a guy wearing it, who ended up being more than happy to give it back after being confronted with the consequence of not, and I still have the jacket to this day.

I hope that your tank emblems will return someday too.

I have a '75 FXE that we dragged back in the '70's and it has a "SOA" fairing off of a XLCR Sporty. But I had it on there since the '70's, so I think the so called "SOA" fairings are actually "MIA Fairings"!!!!!LOL!!!!
