On the 90 flhtcu the floorboad come up on the left side the kick stand scrapes then the tail pipes drag on the right side it the tail pipes then start to come up before the crash bars touch. On the 08 flhtcu the floorboard come up left kick stand scrapes then pipes the right floorboards come up the crossover scraps then the pipes after that you need to stand her up or she will lay down they slide very nice just get on top or kick free go it on your own?
Ever wonder why the rear pipe on old Ironhead Sporties kicks upwards instead of level? The muffler tip is the first thing to touch down on the right if it is not kicked up. On the left, usually the peg/toe of your boot.

Look at pic 2 ..it looks like the front has lifted, then as he has fallen off the centre of gravity has changed and the bike is starting to right itself.
