And if it ever comes loose and gets sucked into your carb. Baaammmmoooo

That link shows them at 90 bucks. Man is that expensive. If it works though then I guess it is worth it

Default What is this

Don't know who makes it but it looks like a variation, copy, of the"boosters " on a holley 4barrel carb. On them, they work by vacuum, the vacuum pulls extra air/fuel through the jets etc as needed. they have holes all along the bottome edge of the circle to spray the fuel out

DaVinci "FirePower" booster. they've been using them on S&S carbs for big-hp builds...apparently they work VERY well, but typically only in conjunction with venturi boring (used partially to help after boring out the venturi in S&S carbs)

you usually dont see them in Mikuni's because they aren't needed (variable venturi by design)

(the purple kit is the "big boy" for G/D carbs, will likely end up with one in my G carb after I send it to XXX for the Taz treatment)

A friend of mine bought an '88 FXR with a 113" motor and a S&S G that had that in it.
I think I'm gonna put one in my E carb.
