Ohio roads are shot. We have had some real variation in temps from night to day going from +30 degrees to minus 10. The expansion and contraction causing small cracks and the liquid salt making it just wet enough to get in the cracks and then freeze and expand has destroyed the roads around here.

Hell no, I would use a KLR650 for a bug out scout vehicle, but I wouldn't want to ride one every day now.

They are getting bad here too. It's to where I know what lane to be in and where to swerve to straddle them in the truck, and when to slow down to 10MPH in the Elise. Saw an Elise once that hit a pothole in East Texas. Deep East Texas. Bent the rim. They have no spare.
