All of our gas stations here have ethanol fuel. Go figure being in the midwest and all. A lot of them use to have 87 octane with out ethanol, and 91-93 with out. All of the 89 at every station had it. Now maybe a handful in my town have 87 with out and 91-93 with out. The main supplier in the area didn't want to keep 6 different types of fuel. I tray and always make it a point to run the 91-93 with out ethanol in the bike and in my truck when pulling my camper. Sucks to fill up the truck, the bike doesn't bother me as much.
Needless to say, being in the area we live in its great for the farmers, but I'll be buy a diesel truck next. I guess the bike will just have to deal with it I guess. I wish they wouldn't shove this crap down our gullets.
I don't run an additive except stabil for storage and seafoam every once and a great while.
Here at least the pumps are marked telling you what fuel it has. Dunno about others.
All of our pumps here are marked and I mean all, and they say "May contain up to 10% ethanol". I've heard people say there's one place about 15 miles south of me that has non-ethonal gas but I've never bothered to look.

When I rode down to Key West I only found "proper" gas...it was a funny colour compared to NZ gas but it had no Ethanol....I guess there are some states where its easier to find than others.

Yea, its the water absorbtion thing.. Down there its much less likely to be forced down your throat than inland.. So, what color is your gas? (boy, thats an open ended question..........)
Looks like most of the places around me are marinas.
There is more around me then what's been marked on their map. If you find one you can send it in to them to let others know. Unless all of our stations but 2 quit selling no ethanol gas since I last filled up in November!
