changing back wheel
How did You make the rear frame horns wider?
Hydraulic press?
No offset rear rim and offset front pulley?
You still running the 90/90 front wheel? Any strange behaviour when cornering?
Wow!

120/70 TIRE ON A 21 X 3.5 WHEEL
AFTER REPLACING BOTH MOTOR MOUNTS AND THE WIDER WHEELS, HANDLING HAS BEEN GREAT. LONG SWEEPER @ 100 WITH ONE HAND ON BARS & NO WOBBLE.

I have a 2008 rear fender in my 1990 Glide, which is the same width as my stock fender (I bought it thinking it was wider!). I have a 17" dia SG rear wheel with 160/70 Avon tyre, actually approx 170mm wide, which is a close fit and the limit IMHO. Fortunately my wheel is dead centre in the fender, so has just enough clearance both sides.
