Well, today, since I was home by myself without the possibility of interruption, I pulled the plugs and turned the flywheel very slowly. Probably did 4 or 5 full revolutions before I found the elusive single dot..................
I got the dot to center in the hole after a lot of adjusting. She's running well, but, for some reason, has a miss. She had the miss before I started messing with things, so, I'm guessing there's something else I need to look for.......

TD I'm glad you are making progress. Could the miss be due to pulling the wire on and off several times? You didn't try Spanners iridium plugs did you? I know from personal experience it is easy f'in one of them up. Swap wires from front to back and see if it makes a difference.
Well, I thought I was headed out of town, but, that got cancelled so, I have new plug wires to try later. Stay tuned.......
