My 1992 FXSTC value
People are lazy these days, want EFI, no maintenance, lots of bling and flash, old EVOs dont offer that so your buyers are gonna be guys who know bikes and they know not to pay too much, or people looking for second bikes-bar hoppers and they dont want to pay alot unless it's got motor work or custom options, or people with a tight budget and they certainlly want cheap.

But, the masses aren't with us and desirability for these bikes are at an all time low... Nick, here is what I would suggest [this is just one man's opinion, take it with a grain of salt] I have a buddy who has made a life out of getting more money for something than it should EVER be worth. So, if you got a little hot rod, in pristine factory condition, show it off! Tell the world WHY they want to buy this bike. If it sounds better than stock, do the video thing. Remember, the more agressive the sound, the more "manley" the bike. Then, if your not in a hurry, raise the price, get it up $6,500 or better. You know, a price to reflect the nature of this beast your trying to sell. Then...wait!
If that doesn't work for you, you have to fall back to marketing 101...If something doesn't sell, you have to lower the price!
