Default intake leak

I'm assuming even the smallest of intake leaks can cause the EVO to run funky.

I sprayed a bit of brake cleaner on the intake, and sure enough, the engine idle changed.

Crap. She's comin apart..... :-D

Is there a way to replace the intake seals without removing the carb?

TD would have a hear attack if he did that.
Just think of all the finger prints he would have to find and clean.
The ones on the intake, carb backing plate, air filter, and the inside of the filter cover.

He would be in a tizzy till he got all that off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
